Parking is free in the City's Market Square, State Street and Locust Street garages, and on meters, from 6 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends.

There is plenty of free parking downtown: World's Fair Park North Lot (100 spaces); Blackstock Lot A (West of The Foundry- used to be metered parking) Blackstock Lot B (Behind The Foundry) Blackstock Lot C (East of The Foundry - at the stop sign); Fort Kid Lot (across from the Knoxville Museum of Art, 78 spaces); Market Street Garage; State Street Garage; Locust Street Garage and all meters all day on weekends.
