Once the site of the 1982 World's Fair, this incredible park includes miles of lawn, acres of flowers, cascading waterfalls, placid streams, and many more gifts of natural beauty create an inviting environment for festivals, performances, meetings, conferences, or a quiet moment for personal reflection. The park is also the home of the Knoxville Convention Center.

A short section of Interstate 40 between James White Parkway (Exit 388A) and Hall of Fame Drive (Exit 389) is now closed for reconstruction. Local traffic can exit James White Parkway (Exit 388A) if traveling I-40 East, and can exit Hall of Fame Drive (Exit 389) if traveling I-40 West to access downtown. Traveling I-75 South, follow I-275 to Downtown. Traveling I-29 North, merge onto I-40 East to Henley Exit (388A)
